Thank you for considering Trademark Hair Company for your upcoming wedding, and congratulations! At this time, we are only taking booking up to 4 months before the wedding date.
The following contains important information, please read before you proceed to book your special day.
We love inspiration pictures from Pinterest or Instagram, and will include a thorough consultation for each guest and their desired look based on their hair texture and length.
We offer a complimentary 15 minute consultation to Brides wishing to meet in person to discuss hair/make-up ahead of time. You are encouraged to bring in pictures, and your stylist will then have a clear understanding of your personal hair and skin needs before your big day. If you would like to book a trial, we recommend doing so no earlier than 8 weeks before the wedding date.
It is advised to not wash your hair on the day of your wedding, as dry, slightly 'gritty' hair has the most longevity for any pinned style.
Do not flat iron hair in the time between your last wash and the wedding day.
Styles that require any pinning or braiding fall under the category of up-styles, whether the hair is half up or fully up.
For shorter hair or styles that request a blow-out to be left down (with or without curling iron), a shampoo is included in the price and falls under blow dry categories.
If guests arrive with flat ironed hair, hair that is too dirty, or contains products that interfere with a desired up-style, hair will be washed for an additional cost.
It is recommended to wear a button up top or robe for your appointment
For makeup application, guests should come with their face freshly washed and moisturized. If you have a favourite mascara, foundation, or any items you prefer to use, please bring to the appointment (including waterproof mascara). Aveda make up is a natural mineral based line and as such, gives a more natural finish. If you would like specialty make-up with glitter, fashion colours, or heavy contouring, it is also advised to bring with you.
If you have a bridal party and/or family members also booking in, kindly share the above information for skin and hair prep.

All prices are *starting from and increase depending on complexity of the make-up/hair techniques, as well as length and density of hair. Guests are welcome to bring in hair extensions, pieces, and/or accessories to be incorporated into their style (viels, flower crowns, etc.) Fees may apply.
Prices do not include gratuity or GST. Any appointments booked earlier than 9am or on a Sunday will incur a 18% autograt.

Bridal Parties are asked to arrive together ten minutes prior to start time.
Late arrivals can result in possible missed or shortened appointments and may incur a fee.
We are fully licensed and offer bottles of prosecco and other alcoholic beverages for purchase, as well as complimentary drinks. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL permitted.
Contact us as soon as possible if anyone in your party would like to alter their appointment in any way so things run smoothly and on time.
We are unable to offer services outside of the salon, including travelling out of town or to hotels within Jasper.
Trademark has a 72 hour cancellation policy for wedding parties, at which time a member of our team will be in touch to confirm each booking.
We strive to offer a wonderful experience on your special day; for everyone to look and feel their absolute best in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
Please note, we are located downstairs and due to the age of the building, we unfortunately do have have an elevator or ramp access. Our deepest apologies for any inconvenience.
